CLSA Launches New Web Site
CLSA has implemented a club management software system known as ClubExpress. This software will provide one common membership database to improve communication across the Club. It also provides a host of other features you will find beneficial. If you are a logged in member, mouse over your name above the Main Menu and select Profile. Update all your personal information from here. This information will be used to notify you of events you care about and avoid emails of those you don’t.
This is the initial release of the web site. New features & content will be added frequently.
Each CLSA member was sent a Welcome Email from ClubExpress with login instructions on January 20th. If you did not get this email, check your spam folder. If still not found, send your desired email address to CLSA Webmaster. If you find issues with some of your personal data, or if you find issues with any site content, email your concerns to CLSA Webmaster. If you have trouble navigating the site, contact the ClubExpress Support Line at 866-457-2582 from 7:30am-6:00pm CST Mon-Fri or email them at email@example.com.
To learn more about the launch of ClubExpress, read the Webmaster's comments made at the Winter Dinner.
New Web Site Features
We have added 4 highly requested features; a Membership Listing, a Fleet Member Listing, a Dock Assignment Listing and a For Sale page. Click on "More News" below for more details to utilize these features.
Revised RC Assignment Approach
We likely will need some members to serve a 3rd RC duty to fill all race dates. A random drawing will be done. To reduce this possibility, members may offer to bring their crew or a family member to their assigned RC dates. The member will then not be included in the initial random draw. Click "More News" below to learn how to offer to bring an extra person.
In Memory Of
With a moment of silence at the Winter Dinner, the Club paid tribute to two CLSA members who passed away in the past 45 days, Bob Shondel and Carl Pratt. They will not grace our shores again, but their spirits will always be present. Please keep their wives, Lynn and Marie, in your prayers.
